In this role, Karen will lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, health, and development, supporting the firm’s mission to foster a positive and productive workplace environment.
Karen joins Thackray Williams from her recent role as Head of HR at ISG, where she contributed to the company’s HR strategy, focusing on communication, analytical insights, and employee engagement. Her role involved overseeing talent management and implementing HR processes that aligned with ISG’s strategic objectives.
Prior to ISG, Karen served as a Senior Manager, People Strategy at Publicis Sapient, where she developed strategic HR frameworks and guided people strategy initiatives for the organization. Her work helped shape policies that supported the company’s evolving workforce and business goals.
Karen’s extensive tenure at Deloitte UK spanned nearly 16 years, during which she held multiple roles. As an HR Business Partner, she managed a large client group and focused on areas such as talent management, change management, and HR analytics. Previously, as an Employee Relations Manager and HR Manager within the People Solutions team, she played a key role in delivering strategic HR projects and provided commercial guidance and coaching for leaders.
