Spring Grove, Pennsylvania, United States – October 2024 – Karen Jacques has commenced her new role as Vice President Human Resources at Pixelle Specialty Solutions, where she will drive the company’s HR strategy, focusing on workforce development, organizational alignment, and inclusive workplace culture.
Prior to joining Pixelle, Karen served as Director of Human Resources at Hoffmaster in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, where she contributed to shaping HR practices that supported strategic organizational growth. She led key initiatives in workforce planning, compensation structuring, and organizational behavior, developing robust training and development frameworks that prioritized inclusivity and adaptability.
Karen was previously Senior Human Resources Manager at Generac Power Systems, where she oversaw HR operations for multiple locations. In this role, she implemented change management strategies, optimized workforce planning, and facilitated strategic human resource planning. Her contributions supported Generac’s talent management initiatives and provided enhanced HR alignment across departments.
Her earlier career includes her tenure as Human Resources Manager at Richelieu Foods, where Karen managed HR activities that focused on compliance, workforce management, and employee relations, fostering a positive workplace culture. Her efforts in communication and internal stakeholder management furthered the company’s organizational development.
Before her time at Richelieu Foods, Karen held the role of Human Resource Manager at Bemis Company, Inc., managing performance improvement and internal communications at Bemis Performance Packaging. She also held senior HR positions at GE Energy – Waukesha Gas Engines and General Electric Oil & Gas Division, where she engaged in organizational development, labor relations, and HR compliance.
