Doha, Qatar, December 2024 – Karen Moussawba has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at Starlink Qatar, where she will oversee the company’s HR strategies and operations. In her new position, Karen will lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance initiatives, contributing to the organization’s continued growth and innovation in the technology sector.
Prior to joining Starlink Qatar, Karen worked as a Human Resources Consultant & Talent Acquisition Expert in a freelance capacity for over two years, providing HR solutions to various clients in Qatar. Her expertise spanned operations management, organizational consulting, and talent acquisition.

Before her consultancy role, Karen served as Group Human Resources Manager at Al Asmakh – A To Z Services for nearly three years. She was instrumental in managing HR operations, employee engagement, and implementing strategic workforce planning.
Karen also held the position of Manpower Planning & Recruitment Manager at Facilities Management & Maintenance Company, L.L.C, where she contributed to workforce optimization and recruitment strategies for a year.
Her earlier career includes roles such as Human Resources and Admin Manager at Salameh Holding in Lebanon and Group Recruitment Manager at The Blue Group – Qatar, where she honed her skills in recruitment and employee relations. Karen also spent over three years as a Recruitment Manager at Alfardan Group, further solidifying her expertise in HR leadership.
