Delhi, India, December 2025 – Karthik Srinivasan has joined Ujala Cygnus as Chief Business Officer, where he will be driving business growth, strategic partnerships, and regional market expansion. With a rich background in healthcare, diagnostics, and digital services, Karthik’s focus will be on building high-performing teams and strengthening Ujala Cygnus’ footprint across underserved geographies.
Prior to joining Ujala Cygnus, Karthik Srinivasan served as Business Head at Agilus Diagnostics, where he led operations and business development in Bengaluru. He played a key role in accelerating customer acquisition and streamlining business processes for sustainable growth.
Before that, he was Head Sales – South at Dr Lal PathLabs, managing a wide network across B2C, B2B, corporate, and government verticals. His efforts were instrumental in expanding the lab’s footprint into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in South India, and in enhancing team capability and operational efficiency.
Earlier, Karthik held the role of Business Unit Head at Metropolis Healthcare, overseeing business performance in Tamil Nadu and later Mumbai. He scaled both B2C and B2B verticals through acquisitions and strategic retail growth.
He also led a healthcare startup focused on mental wellbeing, where he introduced animal-assisted therapy for children with special needs. Prior to his entrepreneurial venture, Karthik held impactful roles at Quick Heal Technologies, Jio, and Airtel, where he led merchant acquisition, payment banking rollouts, and sales distribution across India. His early career also includes leadership roles at Sun Direct TV, Zee Interactive Learning, and others, where he managed multimillion-dollar businesses and built strong regional networks.
