Tucson, Arizona, United States, April 2026 – Buffalo Exchange has announced the appointment of Jennifer Forster as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), marking a significant leadership elevation as the company continues to strengthen its people and culture strategy. In this role, Jennifer will lead the organization’s HR function, focusing on talent development, employee engagement, and building a strong, sustainable workplace culture.
Prior to this elevation, Jennifer Forster served as Human Resources Director at Buffalo Exchange, where she played a key role in shaping HR strategy and supporting the organization’s people initiatives during a period of growth and transformation.
Earlier, she spent over five years with Mister Car Wash, where she held roles including Senior Director of Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Manager, leading multi-site HR operations, talent development, and workforce engagement across a growing retail network.
Before returning to Buffalo Exchange, Jennifer had an extensive earlier tenure with the company, serving as Human Resources Director for nearly a decade, where she contributed significantly to building HR frameworks, supporting store operations, and strengthening organizational culture.
Her early career includes roles at Tucson Unified School District as EEO Compliance Officer, Human Resources Analyst, and HR Generalist, where she developed strong expertise in compliance, employee relations, and HR operations. She also gained experience at Running Start and The Hartford, building a solid foundation in human resources.
