New Delhi, Delhi, India, January 2025 – Kartik Rao, Group Chief People Officer at The Good Glamm Group, has joined the board of WYN BEAUTY by Serena Williams. In this newly appointed role, Rao will contribute his extensive experience in leadership, strategic HR management, and cultural transformation as a Board Member, representing Good Glamm Group at the beauty brand founded by tennis icon Serena Williams.
Kartik Rao has been with The Good Glamm Group for approximately three years, most recently serving as Group Chief People Officer & Senior Vice President – Founder Initiatives. In this role, he has been instrumental in driving organizational design, cultural transformation, and HR strategies across the group’s global markets, including India, the US, and the Middle East. His leadership spans multiple brands under Good Brands Company, Good Media Company, and Good Creator Company, managing over 4,000 employees.
Prior to this, Kartik served as Chief People Officer at Bewakoof.com, where he played a pivotal role in HR transformation, talent acquisition, and leadership development. He also held leadership roles at Housing.com, where he spearheaded major mergers and acquisitions, talent management strategies, and cultural integration projects across the organization.
Earlier in his career, Kartik contributed significantly at Benetton Group, where he led talent acquisition, HR transformation, and leadership development initiatives, further solidifying his expertise in strategic HR leadership.
