Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, January 2026 — Nick Pattillo has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at ClearView Wealth Limited. In this role, Nick is responsible for leading the people and culture agenda at ClearView, supporting the organisation’s strategic priorities as an ASX-listed life insurance business partnering with financial advisers across Australia.
Nick has been with ClearView Wealth Limited since mid-2025, initially serving as Head of People & Culture before stepping into the Chief People Officer position. Based in Sydney, he oversees the full spectrum of people strategy, workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, and culture, aligned with ClearView’s focus on long-term sustainability and stakeholder trust.
Prior to joining ClearView, Nick spent nearly five years at Morrison, where he served as Head of Human Resources, leading the global HR function for the alternative asset manager operating across infrastructure and property in private and listed markets. At Morrison, he worked closely with senior leadership and boards, positioning people and culture as a core competitive advantage across its international footprint.
Earlier in his career, Nick built deep expertise in large-scale integration, transformation, and financial services environments during his long tenure at TAL Australia. He held senior leadership roles including General Manager, People & Culture – Integration, where he led the people, culture, and change streams following TAL’s acquisition of Suncorp Life (Asteron Life), as well as General Manager, People & Culture, responsible for business partnering and HR systems across the organisation, including the rapid deployment of Workday.
Nick’s international and regional HR leadership experience also includes serving as Head of HR Operations APAC at Bank of New York Mellon, where he led HR operations, offshoring, M&A integration, and HR infrastructure across Asia-Pacific. He previously held the role of General Manager – HR, Wealth Division at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, supporting one of the bank’s largest and most complex revenue-generating divisions.
Earlier roles include senior HR leadership positions at Bovis Lend Lease, Westpac, ANZ, Standard Chartered Bank, Kingfisher plc, NatWest, and Prudential, where he developed a strong foundation in global HR leadership, labour relations, organisational design, and large-scale change initiatives.
