Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 — Divya Mathew has started a new role as Head of Talent Acquisition at Bangalore International Airport Ltd (BIAL), where she will lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy to support the airport’s growth and operational excellence.
In her current role at BIAL, Divya Mathew is responsible for strengthening hiring frameworks, building future-ready talent pipelines, and partnering with business leaders to meet workforce requirements across the airport ecosystem as it continues to scale.
Prior to joining BIAL, she served as Head of HR at CriticaLog India Private Limited, where she led comprehensive HR operations, talent strategy, and organisational development initiatives over a multi-year tenure.
Earlier, Divya Mathew was Senior Manager – HR at ansrsource, contributing to HR strategy, talent programs, and people operations for growing client organisations.
She also brings long-standing HR leadership experience from GMR Group, where she spent close to nine years as Manager – HR, supporting large infrastructure and airport-linked businesses. She began her professional journey as a Research Analyst at Positive Moves, building early exposure to talent research and executive hiring.
