Pune, Maharashtra, India, January 2026 — Padmapriya Venkatesan has joined nCircle Tech as Head – HR, where she will lead the organisation’s people strategy and partner closely with the leadership team to strengthen people practices and support business growth.
In her current role, Padmapriya Venkatesan is responsible for driving the end-to-end HR agenda at nCircle Tech, with a focus on building scalable people processes, nurturing a high-performance culture, and aligning talent and capability initiatives with the company’s strategic priorities. She brings a leadership approach grounded in focus, empathy, and commitment to organisational development.
Prior to joining nCircle Tech, she served as Head HR – Products at Neilsoft, where she led HR for engineering products, overseeing talent acquisition, workforce planning, and capability alignment in support of business goals.
Earlier in her career, Padmapriya Venkatesan spent over a decade at Neilsoft, holding progressive leadership roles including Head HR and Manager HR. During this tenure, she led HR and L&D functions across engineering services, driving initiatives spanning HR strategy, leadership development, learning and development, employee engagement, succession planning, compensation and benefits, change management, and HR team development.
She also brings consulting experience from her time as an Independent Human Resources Consultant, where she advised organisations on HR strategy, policy frameworks, organisational effectiveness, and operational improvements, including mentoring and coaching engagements.
Earlier, she began her professional journey at Capgemini, gaining foundational experience in HR operations and employee benefits management within large-scale enterprise environments.
