London, United Kingdom, January 2025 – Kate Corrie has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at We Are Social, marking an exciting step forward in the agency’s global leadership team. In her new role, Kate will oversee the people strategy and cultural development across the organization, leveraging her expertise in human capital management and leadership to drive growth and foster a thriving workplace environment.
Kate brings over 15 years of experience in people and culture leadership to her new position. Prior to joining We Are Social, she held the role of Leader of People & Culture & Global Consultant within the same organization for over five years, during which she scaled the HR function to support growth in the UK and collaborated on global projects spanning 17 markets. Her work involved building engagement strategies and optimizing tools like ATS and HRIS to enhance organizational efficiency.

Before her tenure at We Are Social, Kate served as the Director of Talent at Publicis Media, where she led the people and culture teams across multiple agencies. She played a pivotal role in recruiting top talent, managing leadership development, and providing HR support during mergers and acquisitions.
Kate also worked at OMD UK as Managing Partner – Head of People, where she crafted and implemented a comprehensive people strategy for over 350 employees. Her leadership included project-based work with local and global teams, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
Earlier in her career, she was Head of People at PHD Network, overseeing people strategies for 320 employees in the UK and globally. Her extensive experience also includes roles such as Head of HR at Vangent, Inc. and Senior HR Advisor at Advantage Technical Resourcing, where she built a foundation in HR leadership.
