Mannix, who brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles in various industries, will be responsible for driving the company’s people strategy and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation across CHL’s global operations.
In her most recent role, Kate Mannix served as Executive Manager Human Resources at Reflections Holiday Parks for nearly a decade. Here, she played a pivotal role in overseeing HR operations, leading the organization through significant growth phases, and ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
Before joining Reflections Holiday Parks, Mannix was a Director at Path 2 Change, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to reducing and preventing homelessness. During her tenure, she focused on supporting individuals at risk by implementing targeted programs to address the underlying causes of homelessness, contributing to the organization’s mission of providing sustainable futures.
Earlier in her career, Mannix worked at Veolia, where she held various HR leadership roles, including NSW General Manager Employee Relations and HR Manager Australia. In these roles, she managed HR operations, supported environmental solutions projects, and contributed to the company’s strategic HR initiatives across Australia.
Additionally, Mannix also held a position as a Human Resources Consultant at the London Development Agency, where she worked with the Olympic Legacy team, coordinating HR requirements and contributing to one of the most important projects in the organization.
