Dubai, United Arab Emirates, January 2026 — BI Group has appointed Kate Meshcherinova as its new Head of Human Resources, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In her new role, she will lead the organization’s HR strategy and people agenda, focusing on strategic workforce planning, human capital management, HR transformation, culture development, and stakeholder partnership as BI Group strengthens its presence in the region and continues its growth across construction, real estate, engineering, education, and services.
With extensive cross-regional HR leadership experience spanning the UAE, Europe, CIS markets, and Switzerland, Meshcherinova brings strong expertise in building scalable HR operations, strengthening people governance, and enabling performance cultures across complex, multi-country environments.
Prior to joining BI Group, Kate Meshcherinova served as Head of HR at The Ultima World (DIFC) in Dubai for nearly two years, where she led HR priorities including people strategy, HR operations, stakeholder management, succession planning, and process integration in a highly dynamic, premium business environment.
Before this, she spent close to four years with Aleph Group, Inc in Dubai, including roles as People Service Delivery Lead Europe and Regional HR Manager – CIS, Cyprus & UAE. During this phase, she worked across multiple geographies supporting HR service delivery, employee lifecycle processes, HRIS and analytics-based operations, and cross-cultural workforce management. Her exposure to global digital platform ecosystems through the Aleph/Httpool network strengthened her ability to align HR practices with business scale and market acceleration.
Earlier, she worked as an HR Partner at Mevelin AG in Switzerland for over a year, contributing to employee research, talent assessment, stakeholder partnership, and analytics-driven HR interventions in a European context.
Meshcherinova also built significant HR and talent acquisition leadership capabilities with Harwest, where she served as Head of EU Recruitment and earlier as HR BP, operating across Moscow–Berlin for over four years. This phase strengthened her expertise in recruitment strategy, HR business partnering, and building hiring systems across international markets.
Her earlier career includes experience as Recruitment Manager at EXE.CTLY, Learning Center Manager at Major Cargo Service, Client Services Manager at JSC JSCB Probusinessbank, and Recruitment Manager at Recruitment Agency Persona, giving her strong foundational exposure across client-facing operations, service delivery, and talent acquisition.
