In her new role, Kate will lead the advancement of evidence-based assessment tools and behavioral analytics, ensuring the platform continues to deliver scalable, inclusive, and predictive hiring outcomes for global clients.
Prior to joining Sapia.ai, Kate Young was the Head of Workforce Diagnostics at Multiverse, where she led the design and implementation of data-backed workforce insights. Over a span of nearly three years at Multiverse, she also served as a Senior IOB Psychologist, applying classical test theory and behavioral science to optimize learning pathways and career mobility.

Before that, Kate held multiple leadership roles at Heidrick & Struggles, where she progressed from Solutions Manager to Senior Solutions Manager. Her work focused on enhancing client leadership capabilities and delivering bespoke assessment solutions across industries.
Kate also spent several years in research and innovation roles at Cubiks (now Talogy), including as R&D Innovation Lead and Managing Consultant, where she drove the development of next-gen people measurement tools and volume hiring strategies. Earlier roles at Cappfinity, Marks Sattin, and Occupational Testing Ltd further strengthened her foundation in applied psychology, people analytics, and inclusive assessment design.
