Surry Hills, New South Wales, Australia, September 2025 – Coronation has appointed Kathy Pham as Head of People & Culture. In this role, Kathy will spearhead Coronation’s people strategy, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence to support the company’s mission of redefining urban living and creating lasting legacies.
Kathy joins Coronation after nearly five years at CPB Contractors, where she most recently served as HR Manager – Corporate. Over her tenure, she also held roles as HR Manager – Learning and Development, HR Manager for the Sydney Metro City & Southwest Project, and Senior Human Resources Advisor. During this time, she drove learning initiatives, supported large-scale infrastructure projects, and strengthened organizational development.
Before CPB, Kathy spent more than four years with BESIX Watpac, advancing from Human Resources Advisor to Senior Human Resources Advisor and later People Manager – NSW. In these roles, she managed HR operations across diverse projects, enhanced employee engagement, and delivered strategic HR support for the business.
Earlier in her career, Kathy gained experience as HR Coordinator at Ipsos and Toys“R”Us, and as Medical Employment Officer at Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network, where she supported clinical workforce operations. She began her HR career at Hanama Collection Pty Ltd as an HR Officer, laying the foundation for her expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and policy development.
With more than 15 years of progressive HR experience across sectors including construction, healthcare, research, and retail, Kathy brings a holistic perspective on people management, cultural transformation, and leadership development.
