Kati joins Bulfinch with nearly 13 years of leadership experience at Staples, where she most recently served as SVP, Talent Management. During her tenure, she led enterprise-wide initiatives across talent strategy, business transformation, leadership development, and performance management. She also held various senior roles including SVP of Talent Management, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition, and VP, HR Strategy and Total Rewards, reflecting her deep expertise in aligning people practices with corporate goals.
Prior to transitioning into HR leadership, she served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for Labor and Employment Law at Staples, where she led complex legal and compliance functions during key organizational changes. Her legal foundation and strategic HR leadership make her uniquely suited to steer Bulfinch’s evolving talent and culture priorities in a dynamic real estate environment.
