Boston, Massachusetts, United States, March 2025 – Tuyet-Hanh Tran has joined Vinfen as Vice President, Talent Acquisition and Community Engagement. In this critical leadership role, she will oversee the organization’s strategic talent acquisition initiatives and community outreach efforts, supporting Vinfen’s mission to provide inclusive, person-centered health and human services.
Prior to joining Vinfen, Tuyet-Hanh Tran served at Boston Medical Center (BMC) for nearly eight years, most recently as Director, Talent Acquisition. Over the years, she progressed through roles including Senior Manager and Manager, Talent Acquisition, where she led recruitment across pharmacy and development operations, implemented process improvements, and enhanced sourcing strategies to meet the organization’s clinical and non-clinical workforce needs.

Earlier in her career, she worked at CVS Health (Boston District) for over twelve years, starting as a Lead Pharmacy Technician and later serving as District Support Staff. In these roles, she played a key part in operational efficiency and patient care coordination across 21 pharmacies and front stores, helping drive talent and development initiatives at the district level.
Before CVS, Tuyet-Hanh was a Residential Counselor at Bridge Over Troubled Waters for six years, where she advocated for at-risk youth and developed tailored service plans. She began her career as a Youth Counselor at Boston Asian Youth Essential Services, mentoring and providing guidance to underserved youth communities.
