San Diego, California, United States, July 2024 – Katia Bejan has joined Innovatus Technology Consulting as the new Head of People & Culture. Katia brings over two decades of extensive experience in human resources, organizational development, and strategic leadership.
Katia Bejan has recently taken on the role of Head of People & Culture at Innovatus Technology Consulting. In this position, Katia will lead initiatives to foster a thriving workplace culture, drive talent management, and support the company’s growth through innovative HR practices.
Prior to this, Katia served as the Vice President of Human Resources at RIVO Holdings, LLC for nearly four years. In this role, she oversaw HR functions including organizational effectiveness, employee relations, diversity, recruiting, and talent acquisition. She played a crucial role in benefits administration and acquisition integrations.
Katia also worked as a People & Culture Executive at KB Consulting for 1.5 years, partnering with C-level executives to develop performance enhancement strategies. Her strategic insights helped organizations improve their HR frameworks and align them with business objectives.
At Analogic Corporation, Katia was the Vice President of Global Human Resources for 1.5 years. She directed global HR functions, structured the organization’s framework, and executed HR strategies to support dynamic business objectives.
Katia’s earlier roles include serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Edgewater Networks Inc., where she was responsible for overall HR strategy and functional leadership for nearly three years. She provided HR expertise in areas such as employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, and organization development.
Katia also held significant positions at NDS Surgical Imaging over a span of 7.5 years, where she led global HR functions and collaborated with the leadership team on growth initiatives, talent review, organization restructuring, and M&A planning. Her roles evolved from Director of Human Resources to Vice President of Human Resources, reflecting her growing influence and contributions to the organization.
Her earlier career includes roles as Human Resources Manager at ArthroCare Corporation, RLG, and Intacct Corporation, where she managed HR functions, recruiting, employee relations, benefits management, and legal compliance.
