In her new capacity, Katie will leverage her extensive experience in HR and talent acquisition to lead Cadence Bank’s recruitment strategy and talent management efforts.
Katie joined Cadence Bank in 2022 as Vice President | Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, where she was instrumental in enhancing onboarding processes and driving talent acquisition initiatives that aligned with the bank’s strategic objectives. Her tenure was marked by her ability to deliver exceptional results in retained searches and fostering diverse, high-performing teams.
Prior to Cadence Bank, Katie served as Human Resources Director at Southern Bone and Joint Specialists, where she played a pivotal role in managing multi-site operations and improving employee engagement. Earlier, she honed her HR expertise as Human Resources Manager at Merit Health Wesley, driving organizational success through strategic HR management.
Katie’s career journey began at Regions Bank, where she spent over six years as Hiring Manager, followed by a role as Job Development Coordinator/Employer Relations at The University of Southern Mississippi, shaping her foundational HR and talent acquisition capabilities.
She holds a B.S. in Human Resource Management from The University of Southern Mississippi, equipping her with a solid academic foundation to complement her extensive professional experience.
