Indianapolis, Indiana, United States, December 2024 – Tina Toso has been named Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Inotiv, a leading contract research organization (CRO). Tina will spearhead the recruitment strategy, overseeing a team that manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring Inotiv continues to attract and retain top-tier talent.
Tina has been with Inotiv for over two years, most recently serving as Human Resources Manager, where she was instrumental in shaping HR policies, compensation strategies, and talent management frameworks. Her leadership has significantly enhanced workforce planning and employee engagement, contributing to Inotiv’s operational success.
Prior to her tenure at Inotiv, Tina served as Senior HR Business Partner at Envigo, where she specialized in strategic HR planning and talent acquisition. She also held roles as Senior HR Generalist at TIMET, where she advanced HR strategies for employee relations, compliance, and workforce analytics, and HR Consultant with Hubric Resources, where she supported diverse organizations in optimizing their HR functions.
Tina’s extensive career spans roles in human resources management, consulting, and leadership development, showcasing her expertise in HR policies, strategic planning, and talent acquisition.
Tina earned her Master’s in Human Resource Management from Villanova University, equipping her with a strong academic foundation to complement her professional achievements.
