Since joining Darwinbox in 2022, Mantri has consistently ranked among the top sales performers, helping large enterprises adopt cutting-edge HR tech solutions. His ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with senior stakeholders has been instrumental in advancing Darwinbox’s mission to deliver agile, AI-powered HCM solutions.
Before Darwinbox, Mantri led Group Business Development, Partnerships, and Investor Relations at Confidence Petroleum India Ltd., where he spearheaded strategic projects, expanded the industrial LPG business, and led investor relations activities resulting in multimillion-dollar deals and market expansion in Africa and South Asia.
Previously, he held various senior roles at EY (Ernst & Young) across the Middle East and North Africa, where he delivered market assessment and commercial due diligence services for Fortune 500 companies and regional conglomerates. He also served at Euromonitor International, managing product development and commercial due diligence assignments across Asia-Pacific, and worked in strategic business development roles at SPT India and KPMG India.
