Prior to joining 101 Mobility, Katie Cox served as Vice President and Head of Marketing at Milan Laser Hair Removal, where she built a data-driven, high-performing marketing team and led integrated campaigns that expanded customer reach and engagement. She successfully diversified paid media channels, optimized customer acquisition costs, and drove performance excellence through analytics, forecasting, and creative optimization.
Before Milan Laser, Katie held the role of Vice President of Marketing at Honor, where she directed performance-driven brand marketing and multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, and influencer initiatives. Her leadership resulted in an 820% ROMI and a 30% increase in organic traffic, demonstrating her strength in aligning marketing with measurable growth outcomes.
Katie spent over 16 years with Home Instead Senior Care, advancing from National Marketing Manager to Vice President of Marketing. During her tenure, she led North American advertising, demand generation, brand strategy, and CRM implementation, as well as franchise marketing support. She built and managed cross-functional teams overseeing creative, web, and performance marketing, playing a pivotal role in driving Home Instead’s brand consistency and growth across franchise markets.
Earlier in her career, Katie held marketing and media positions at Cox Communications, Cox Media, and TD Ameritrade, where she honed her expertise in consumer marketing, brand management, cross-channel strategy, and analytics. Her extensive franchise and consumer marketing experience has made her a respected leader known for building mission-driven brands that deliver measurable impact.
Katie Cox holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing Management from Bellevue University, equipping her with a strong foundation in strategic marketing, performance analysis, and organizational leadership.
