United States, February 2026 – Hyperion Solutions has appointed Katie Graves as Human Resources Director, strengthening its people leadership as the organization continues to scale its manufacturing and distribution operations across North America.
In her new role, Katie serves as a multi-site HR leader overseeing manufacturing and distribution operations across the United States and Canada. She brings extensive experience in aligning people strategy with operational excellence in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments.
Prior to joining Hyperion Solutions, Katie was Global Human Resources Director at Buckman, where she led HR strategy across Manufacturing, Sales, Digital, R&D, and Shared Services during a company-wide transformation. She played a pivotal role in enterprise-level change management initiatives, ensuring alignment between business priorities and people practices.
Earlier, she served as Human Resources Director at DHL Supply Chain, supporting the Nike.com account across four diverse U.S. locations within a 24/7 retail e-commerce distribution environment. Her leadership included managing multiple site start-ups and executing large-scale peak season workforce planning initiatives.
Katie also spent nearly a decade with Technicolor, progressing through roles from HR Representative to Senior Human Resources Manager, building deep expertise across the full spectrum of HR operations and leadership. She began her HR career with FFC Services.
She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Indiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (cum laude) from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
Her appointment reflects Hyperion Solutions’ commitment to strengthening its people foundation as it continues delivering integrated elevator installation, modernization, and digital solutions across commercial and residential markets.
