Before joining Thermo Fisher, Katie spent over five years at Nike as Senior Director, Human Resources in Beaverton, Oregon. During her tenure, she contributed significantly to the HR function and played a pivotal role in supporting business growth and people strategy within Nike’s global operations.

Prior to her work at Nike, Katie held various HR leadership roles at Honeywell over nearly four years. As Director of Human Resources for Honeywell’s Aerospace Division, she managed HR teams across multiple sites and led HR initiatives covering employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. She also served as Site HR Leader for Honeywell’s Technology Solutions EMEA hub in Brno, Czech Republic, supporting 2,000 employees across engineering and technology sectors.

Katie’s career began with over six years at Gardner Denver, where she held progressive roles including HR Generalist and Compensation Analyst. Her work at Gardner Denver included strategic talent management and compensation planning, which provided a strong foundation for her career in HR leadership.
