Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2025 – Katyayani M. Awasthi has joined Solventum as the new India Talent Acquisition Lead. In this strategic position, she will be spearheading the company’s talent acquisition efforts across India, aligning recruitment practices with the company’s innovation-led healthcare mission and workforce expansion goals.
Prior to joining Solventum, Katyayani served as Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition at Eli Lilly and Company, where she led recruitment for Tech@Lilly and Commercial Services functions. Her role involved building specialized talent pipelines and enhancing the company’s hiring strategies for digital and commercial excellence.
Before Eli Lilly, she worked with Siemens Healthineers as Talent Acquisition Manager for over three years. There, she led early talent programs, campus hiring, and technology recruitment initiatives, contributing significantly to the organization’s employer branding and early career strategies.
She also spent over eight years at Stryker, where she led product and R&D hiring and helped set up multiple tech teams, including the flagship Robotics-MAKO unit. Her ability to build high-impact technical teams from the ground up earned her wide recognition within the medical devices industry.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Focus Management Consultants Pvt Ltd, where she specialized in tech hiring for product-based organizations, laying the foundation for her career in strategic talent acquisition.
Katyayani holds a PGCHRM in Human Resource Development from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA from FDDI.
