Before stepping into her new role at TERMA Group, Katholm was instrumental in shaping commercial strategies at Danfoss, where she served as Director of Sales Excellence for Climate Solutions, and later as Global Sales Excellence Director for Cooling. Her tenure at Danfoss was marked by leading a global team of strategic project managers and analysts, driving sales excellence across the board.
Katholm’s career also includes significant contributions to Novozymes, where she held various positions including Regional Strategic Account Manager and Commercial Excellence Manager. Her work focused on developing and anchoring commercial competencies, processes, and best practices, significantly supporting Novozymes’ growth ambitions.
