Gurugram, Haryana, India, May 2025 — Parived Bhatnagar has been elevated to Head – HR, EMEA, AIOC at Accenture, marking another significant milestone in his progressive leadership journey with the global professional services firm. In his new role, Parived will partner with business leaders across the EMEA region to lead high-impact organizational transformation and talent interventions, overseeing a team of 50 HR professionals and managing the employee lifecycle of over 30,000 people.

Parived rejoined Accenture in 2022 as Vice President, HR, where he quickly assumed multiple strategic roles, including leading HR for finance, supply chain, and health offerings with a scope of 28,000+ employees, and later serving as HR Director for Delhi and Chennai locations, covering critical delivery centers with 35,000+ employees.

He began his HR career in 2006 at TNT and joined Accenture for the first time in 2007. Over the years, he took on senior consulting and leadership roles at Panarc Consulting Group, Aon, Deloitte India, and SAP, specializing in organization transformation, leadership development, and human capital strategy across diverse sectors. This blend of corporate and consulting experience has enabled him to bring strategic vision and executional excellence to every mandate.

A trusted member of Accenture’s India HR Leadership Council, Parived’s elevation reflects his consistent impact, people-first mindset, and expertise in aligning HR with business outcomes. His leadership will be instrumental in accelerating Accenture’s talent agenda across EMEA as the company continues to help clients build digital cores and scale innovation.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
