Miami, Florida, United States – October 2024 – Michael L. has joined Grant Cardone Training Technologies as the new Chief Information Officer (CIO). In his new role, Michael will be responsible for driving digital transformation, IT strategy, and technological innovations to enhance the company’s training services and expand its reach globally.
Michael L. brings a wealth of experience in IT leadership, spanning over two decades across various industries. Prior to his new role, Michael served as a Virtual Chief Information Officer at Wipfli Financial Advisors, where he provided strategic oversight for technology innovation and transformation, driving business growth across the U.S. and Canada. His expertise in IT maturity assessments, agile frameworks, and strategic roadmaps contributed to optimizing clients’ technological alignment with organizational goals.
Earlier, Michael was the Chief Information Officer at the Seminole Tribe of Florida, where he managed a diverse team of 90 IT professionals and led significant projects, including cloud migration, IT security improvements, and digital infrastructure development. His efforts resulted in substantial cost savings and increased operational efficiency.
Michael also held the role of Director of Technology Services at the City of Pembroke Pines, where he led digital initiatives, network transformations, and the development of a new data center. He successfully implemented advanced digital solutions, driving cost efficiencies and operational improvements for the city.
