Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, February 2026 — Lily Albarakati has started a new position as Chief Human Resources Officer at Kolaghassi Capital. In this role, she will lead the firm’s people strategy, human capital governance, and organizational development initiatives, supporting Kolaghassi Capital’s advisory mandate across global markets.
Prior to joining Kolaghassi Capital, Lily served as Human Resources Consultant at The Royal Commission for Riyadh City, where she advised on strategic HR frameworks, workforce planning, and institutional transformation initiatives within the public sector. Her work focused on aligning people strategies with long-term development objectives and large-scale organizational change.
Lily is also a Board Member and former Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Exso, where she spent over a decade building and leading the firm, advising organizations on human capital strategy, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Alongside her executive roles, she has served as an Advisory Committee Member at King AbdulAziz University, contributing to academic and workforce development initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she held consulting and leadership roles with the Saudi Center for Organ Transplantation, Effat University as a Lecturer, Dunia Production as Human Resources Manager, and Zuhair Fayez Partnership Consultants as Human Resources Coordinator. Her diverse experience across consulting, academia, public institutions, and private organizations reflects her depth in HR leadership and strategic advisory.
