Delhi, India, November 2025 — Kaustubh Mishra has stepped into a strategic leadership role as the Chief Business Officer at Wattr.ai, where he will spearhead the organisation’s commercial strategy, growth roadmap, enterprise adoption and national partnerships. In his new capacity, he will be responsible for driving go-to-market execution, building strategic alliances across public and private sectors, scaling platform adoption, and aligning cross-functional execution to accelerate Wattr.ai’s national and global impact.
Before joining Wattr.ai, Kaustubh has been serving as Founder & CEO at Shail Advisors, where he has spent close to two and a half years enabling startups and emerging organisations scale sustainably. His work spanned business architecture, sales engine development, process maturity, funding readiness and strategic expansion across portfolios in HealthTech, FMCG, Fintech, Automotive and emerging digital sectors. His advisory portfolio demonstrates his ability to accelerate growth across ecosystems rather than single product categories.
Prior to that, Kaustubh contributed as Chief Business Officer at FitFormance, leading sales expansion, organisational scale-up, product diversification and system streamlining while building high-performance strategic teams. He also currently supports WealthUpp as Chief Growth Officer, where he has been instrumental in translating business vision into measurable outcomes, establishing KPI frameworks, enabling revenue pipelines and coaching leadership talent for scalable execution.
Earlier in his journey, Kaustubh held multiple part-time and fractional leadership roles, including Business Partner at FayrEdge, Head of Sales at Patel Plastics, and Director of Fundraising for EVC Global Mobility — demonstrating his versatility across SaaS, mobility, digital innovation and manufacturing sectors.
Kaustubh’s earlier corporate journey includes leadership roles with One97 Communications (Paytm) as Business Head & VP, IndiaMART InterMESH Limited as National Sales Head, RBL FinServe Ltd as Senior Vice President, and revenue and growth leadership roles with Royal Enfield ecosystem, Bharat Financial Inclusion Ltd., and ABN AMRO Bank among others. His strategic contributions consistently demonstrate a pattern of building engines of commercial expansion, driving nationwide operations and architecting go-to-market scaling models capable of sustaining exponential product growth.
