Philippines – November 2024 – Kavita Handa has joined UnifyCX as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & People. In this pivotal role, Kavita will be responsible for developing and implementing end-to-end talent strategies, focusing on recruitment excellence and employee experience across a diverse global workforce. Partnering closely with senior leadership, she will ensure alignment between people strategies and business goals, enhancing UnifyCX’s capabilities to support growth and innovation in the dynamic customer experience sector.
Before joining UnifyCX, Kavita served as Vice President of People Culture & Talent Acquisition at Probe CX in the Philippines for nearly two years. In this role, she led initiatives focused on vendor management and recruitment within the BPO sector, ensuring a strong alignment of people and business strategies that optimized workforce engagement and productivity.
Her extensive experience includes a six-year tenure at TaskUs, where she held multiple roles, ultimately becoming Recruitment Director. In this capacity, Kavita played a critical role in scaling corporate recruitment for the Southeast Asia region, driving significant initiatives such as implementing an ATS and setting up teams for remote work projects. She provided strategic insights to senior management, positioning TaskUs to achieve operational excellence and strengthen its employee culture.
Earlier in her career, Kavita held the position of Senior Lead – Corporate Recruitment at Teleperformance, where she managed senior-level recruitment. She also contributed to Yum! Restaurants International in Melbourne, Australia, focusing on vendor management and enhancing HR operations. Her foundational experiences were built at Vertex Data Science as an AM – Business HR and ABC Consultants, where she specialized in senior-level hiring for the BPO sector.
