Bringing over 25 years of international HR leadership experience across industries including technology, BFSI, FMCG, media, and nonprofit, Kavita is widely recognized for crafting innovative, inclusive, and future-ready people strategies. At UST, she most recently served as Global Head of Human Resources and Corporate Communication, where she played a pivotal role in shaping a global people charter that impacted over 30 countries.
Kavita’s career spans several respected organizations, including Axis Bank, ING Vysya Bank, and J.P. Morgan Chase, where she led functions such as learning & development, talent management, organizational change, and cultural transformation. Known for her sharp focus on human capital management, strategic HR leadership, and stakeholder engagement, Kavita’s appointment signals a renewed commitment by Cyient to enhance its global people capabilities and drive an innovation-led talent strategy.
Her mandate at Cyient includes enabling a high-performance culture, scaling leadership capabilities, and ensuring organizational agility to support Cyient’s position at the forefront of digital, autonomous, and sustainable engineering solutions.
