Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 — Kavita Sadhu has joined Tech Mahindra as Senior Vice President and Head – Business HR for IT, marking a significant addition to the company’s HR leadership. In her new role, she will lead the business HR strategy for the IT vertical, focusing on workforce transformation, leadership development, and aligning people practices with Tech Mahindra’s vision of enabling digital and sustainable growth across global markets.
Before joining Tech Mahindra, Kavita served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Verticurl (a WPP Company), where she played a key role in preparing the organization for Verticurl 2.0 — a future-ready model designed to deliver marketing technology solutions in the era of AI disruption. She redefined talent strategies by realigning people into technology-centric verticals, restructuring management layers, and championing integrated learning programs to upskill teams in emerging technologies.
Prior to that, she spent nearly nine years at Capgemini, where she held leadership roles as Global HR Business Partner and HR Head for Cloud Infrastructure Services, India. Her tenure saw her leading globalization initiatives, driving change management programs, and shaping HR frameworks for high-growth technology functions. She also worked closely with global leadership teams to enhance engagement, build organizational capability, and foster a culture of innovation across Capgemini’s Infrastructure Services division.
Earlier in her career, Kavita spent close to nine years with Thomson Reuters, where she held multiple HR leadership positions including Head of HR – Markets (Non-Ops Centres), South Asia and HR Business Partner for Customer Service and Finance. She was instrumental in managing large-scale mergers and acquisitions, leading change initiatives, and building talent strategies across geographies including India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and Nepal.
Her professional journey began at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where she spent almost nine years leading HR operations across performance management, employee engagement, and learning initiatives. She played a pivotal role in TCS achieving PCMM Level 5 certification and was part of the core HR team that managed the integration of the company’s first BPO acquisition — laying the foundation for her deep expertise in organizational development and transformation.
