London, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Kate Laurie has taken on the role of Vice President People at ManyPets, the award-winning pet insurance and wellness provider. In her new position, she will oversee the global people strategy and foster a people-first culture as the company continues its growth across the UK, US, and Europe.
Prior to joining ManyPets, Kate Laurie served as Human Resources Director at Higher Ed Partners, where she led HR transformation efforts for a growing edtech business. Simultaneously, she contributed as a Senior HR Consultant at Momentum Shift HR, helping early-stage and scaling companies shape their people strategies, DEI frameworks, and global talent structures.
Before this, Kate held the interim role of VP of People & Culture at CyberSmart, where she reviewed and redesigned the people function, introduced world-class leadership development programs, and worked with the executive team to enhance organizational agility.
Earlier, she was Chief People Officer at Orbus Software, where she led the development of people strategies across EMEA, US, and APAC. Her leadership extended from building integrated HR practices to driving employee engagement and global talent initiatives. She also held the position of Group Head of People at Cyberfort Group, where she built scalable HR systems and cultural frameworks for a high-growth cybersecurity business.
Kate’s earlier career includes impactful roles at Pfizer, Holiday Extras, and Deloitte, where she developed expertise in global talent acquisition, cultural transformation, and organisational design.
