Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, United States, October 2024 – Kelli Miller has been appointed as the Head of Global Human Resources at Emmes Group, a leading organization dedicated to advancing public health and biopharmaceutical innovation. Kelli will oversee HR operations globally, bringing her extensive experience in HR strategy, business transformation, and leadership development to Emmes as the organization continues to evolve in the clinical research and artificial intelligence sectors.
Prior to this role, Kelli Miller served as Senior Vice President, HR & Business Transformation at Veridix AI, part of Emmes Group, for 10 months, where she led HR initiatives and business transformation strategies aimed at integrating human and artificial intelligence for clinical trial infrastructure advancements.

Before joining Veridix AI, Kelli held various roles at Emmes, including Senior Vice President, Human Resources, and Vice President, HR Operations. During her 1.5 years with Emmes, she played a key role in HR leadership, overseeing operations and supporting global HR initiatives that drove organizational effectiveness.
Earlier, Kelli was Senior Director of HR at IQVIA for over 2 years, where she implemented HR strategies focused on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management across a large, multinational workforce.
Kelli also spent 7.5 years at Clinipace Worldwide, serving in roles such as Vice President, Global Human Resources and Sr. Director, Global Human Resources, where she managed global HR functions for a growing clinical research organization, driving significant improvements in HR processes, compliance, and talent management.
