With a diverse career in talent management and employee engagement, Kelly brings a wealth of experience and strategic vision to her new role. Her leadership will be pivotal in enhancing Dollar Bank’s talent acquisition strategies and fostering a dynamic workforce.
Kelly Dillard joins Dollar Bank from Palace Entertainment, where she served as HR Director Talent and Engagement for approximately 2 years. In this role, she was instrumental in managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, and numerous HR functions, contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Prior to Palace Entertainment, Kelly was with the Allegheny County Department of Human Services for around 5.7 years. Her roles included Talent Acquisition Manager, where she developed and executed talent acquisition strategies, and Recruitment Specialist, where she oversaw the full recruitment lifecycle. Her efforts significantly increased the quality and diversity of talent at DHS.
Earlier in her career, Kelly was a Program Manager at Familylinks, Inc. for about 3.5 years. She provided operational leadership for an independent living and job readiness program for at-risk youth, managed budgets, facilitated staff recruitment and retention, and coordinated workforce preparedness trainings for youth.
