Leeds, England, June 2024 – Kelly Dolphin has taken on a new role as Chief People and Culture Officer at SBFM. With an impressive career in human resources and a passion for fostering positive workplace culture, Kelly is set to lead SBFM’s efforts in employee engagement, talent development, and organizational design.
Kelly Dolphin brings over a decade of experience in HR and people management to her new role at SBFM. Before becoming the Chief People and Culture Officer, Kelly served as the People & Culture Director at SBFM from May 2022 to June 2024. In this role, she focused on creating a workplace culture that aligned with SBFM’s values and mission, driving employee engagement, retention, and opportunities for all.
Prior to her time at SBFM, Kelly was the People & Culture Director at Unity in Leeds, England, from May 2022 to June 2024. Here, she was responsible for shaping a positive employee experience and ensuring the alignment of workplace culture with the organization’s strategic goals.
From July 2019 to May 2022, Kelly worked at Atalian Servest UK & Ireland as the Head of Learning and Development. In this role, she led initiatives to enhance employee skills and development, ensuring the workforce was equipped to meet the company’s needs. Before this, she was the Recruitment and Development Manager at Atalian Servest from November 2015 to July 2019, where she managed recruitment processes and fostered employee growth and development.
Kelly’s career began with roles as an Account Manager at both Gi Group from October 2010 to November 2015 and Frontline Recruitment Group from February 2005 to October 2010. In these positions, she honed her skills in client management, recruitment, and employee development.
