Her ability to streamline recruitment strategies and align hiring with business objectives positioned her as a key leader in talent transformation.

Her career includes a tenure as Director, Corporate Executive Search at Meta, where she expanded executive recruiting functions, improved hiring processes, and spearheaded diversity and inclusion initiatives. Additionally, she has held key leadership roles at Whirlpool Corporation, United Airlines, Mars, BP, and KPMG, focusing on talent acquisition, HR transformation, and workforce strategy.
