Kelly Webster joins ZeroEyes after her tenure at Atlas Technica, where she served as the Manager, People Operations for approximately 1 year. In this role, she led recruitment efforts and managed people operations, contributing to the company’s growth and employee satisfaction.
Prior to Atlas Technica, Kelly worked at Health Union for around 4 years in various HR leadership roles. She served as the Director, People Operations for about 6 months, where she was responsible for recruiting, employee engagement, training, management, and leadership. She also held the roles of Principal Human Resources Business Partner and HR Business Partner, where she focused on succession planning and talent management.
Before her time at Health Union, Kelly was an HR Operations Analyst/Business Partner at Allan Myers Inc. for approximately 2 years. She managed HR operations and supported leadership initiatives in Worcester, PA.
Kelly’s early career includes roles such as Human Resources Generalist at The DePaul Group for about 1 year and Human Resources Coordinator at Connect America for around 3 years. In these positions, she honed her skills in recruiting, management, and leadership.
