With extensive experience in human resources and organizational transformation, Becky brings a wealth of expertise in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, and workforce development. Her role will be instrumental in supporting Hiscox’s mission to provide top-tier insurance solutions with exceptional service.
Becky Hoult joins Hiscox after a long tenure at Barclays, where she served for approximately 14 years and 9 months in various senior HR roles. Most recently, she was the HR Director – Transaction Banking and Barclaycard Payments for nearly 2 years, where she partnered with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Before that, Becky was the HR Director – BUK Transform for about 2 years, leading workforce change initiatives and developing strategic HR transformation plans. She also served as the HR Director – Branch Based Banking for approximately 10 months, shaping the people strategy and workforce plan for Barclays’ branch-based operations.
Becky’s earlier roles at Barclays include Senior HRBP – Product and Analytics for around 2 years and 6 months, where she supported the MD of Product and Analytics in strategic talent planning and transformational change. She also held the position of Senior HRBP, Corporate Banking for about 2 years and 10 months, overseeing HR functions for the Client Servicing, SME, and Small Business segments.
Her career at Barclays began with roles such as HRBP, Relationship Banking, HRBP, Customer Network Support, and HRBP, Direct Channels, where she developed and implemented structured people plans, led transformational change projects, and built strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
