San Francisco Bay Area, United States, March 2025 – Aon has announced the appointment of Kelsey Owen as Chief Commercial Officer, Talent Solutions NA. In this role, Kelsey will lead commercial strategy and business development for Aon’s talent solutions division across North America, supporting organizations in optimizing their human capital strategies.
Before stepping into her new role, Kelsey served as Head of Commercial Strategy, Talent NA at Aon, where she was responsible for developing strategic commercial initiatives and driving growth in Aon’s talent offerings. She also held the position of Partner, ESG Solutions & Human Sustainability, where she played a key role in helping organizations integrate sustainability into their human capital frameworks.
Prior to Aon, Kelsey was with Radford Data & Analytics for nearly six years, where she held various leadership roles, including Business Development Director and Senior Account Manager, Talent & Rewards. In these roles, she was instrumental in expanding Radford’s presence in private company and venture capital markets and driving compensation analytics and advisory solutions for high-growth organizations.
Earlier in her career, Kelsey spent over six years at Mercer, where she worked in product management, business development in the EMEA region, and training and development analysis. During this time, she gained extensive experience in rewards strategy, workforce analytics, and talent management solutions.
Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where she built the foundation for her expertise in human capital management and business strategy.
