Frederick, Colorado, United States, January 2025 – Kelsey Robb has been appointed as the Chief People Officer at Mark Young Construction, LLC (MYC). In this expanded role, Kelsey will focus on equipping employees with the necessary tools for success, streamlining processes, managing training, establishing standardization, and creating long-term performance strategies to drive the company forward.
Kelsey joined Mark Young Construction in July 2023 as Chief Human Resources Officer, where she led cultural initiatives and streamlined employee life cycle processes while overseeing HR functions for 250 employees. Her contributions significantly enhanced operational standards across the organization.
Before MYC, she served as Strategic Initiative Director at Saints Peter and Paul STEM School, successfully managing a $2M capital improvement project and driving strategic outcomes. Kelsey also honed her expertise in business strategy and analytics at Windstream Enterprise, where she led sales and marketing analytics, and at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, where she saved significant operational costs and managed complex integration projects.
Her diverse background also includes roles as Marketing Copywriter at Grass Roots UK and various leadership positions in analytics and strategy, showcasing her breadth of experience across industries.
