McKenna’s military background includes significant leadership roles such as Executive Officer and Battalion Commander within the U.S. Army. His career also featured a notable position as Program Manager at the Human Resources Command, where he was responsible for developing and implementing personnel policies that supported Army operations worldwide. This role underscored his capability to manage complex projects and deliver results in high-stakes environments.
