McKenna’s military background includes significant leadership roles such as Executive Officer and Battalion Commander within the U.S. Army. His extensive experience in commanding operations and his tenure as Branch Chief at the United States Army Human Resources Command helped hone his skills in strategic planning and personnel management.
His career also featured a notable position as Program Manager at the Human Resources Command, where he was responsible for developing and implementing personnel policies that supported Army operations worldwide. This role underscored his capability to manage complex projects and deliver results in high-stakes environments.
