Before that, he held the position of Vice President – Human Resources, contributing to compensation and benefits strategies, organizational development, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives. Earlier, as Assistant Vice President – HR, he supported the company’s people agenda and helped strengthen HR processes and workforce capabilities across the organization.

Prior to joining ASK, Vincent worked with L&T Financial Services as HR – Group Functions & Wholesale Business, where he partnered with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives and drove employee engagement and talent management initiatives across key business functions.

Earlier, he served as Deputy General Manager – HR at VFS Global, where he led global compensation and benefits strategy across 124 countries. During his tenure, he managed global salary revision and bonus programs, led job evaluation initiatives, established market benchmarking frameworks, and received the Best Corporate HR Manager Award at the VFS Global Annual Conference in Qatar.

A significant chapter of his career was spent with Mahindra Finance, where he served in multiple HR leadership roles over more than six years. During this period, he led performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, talent development, and regional HR operations across multiple geographies. His contributions earned him several internal recognitions, including the Prerna Award, Pratishtha Award, and Dhruv Tara Award.

Earlier in his career, Vincent held HR positions with ING Vysya Life Insurance and Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. (Pantaloons), building a strong foundation in talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, and organizational development.

With more than two decades of experience across financial services, wealth management, insurance, retail, and global services organizations, Vincent brings deep expertise in HR strategy, compensation and benefits, talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
