Columbus, Ohio, United States, June 2026 — Nationwide has appointed Arun Prasad as Head of Talent Acquisition, reinforcing its talent leadership capabilities as the Fortune 100 insurance and financial services organization continues to invest in workforce excellence and future-ready hiring strategies.
A seasoned talent acquisition leader with more than two decades of global experience, Arun brings deep expertise in talent strategy, executive hiring, workforce transformation, employer branding, recruitment technology, and the development of high-performing talent acquisition organizations across multiple geographies. His appointment reflects Nationwide’s commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in an increasingly competitive business environment.
Prior to joining Nationwide, Arun served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Flutter Entertainment India, where he played a pivotal role in establishing and scaling the company’s Global Capability Centre. In this role, he partnered with global business leaders, implemented AI-driven recruitment solutions, strengthened employer branding initiatives, and developed candidate-centric hiring strategies that supported rapid organizational growth.
Before Flutter Entertainment India, Arun was Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Entain, where he built and led global talent acquisition teams across Asia-Pacific, the United Kingdom, and Europe. He oversaw executive hiring, campus recruitment programs, talent acquisition transformation initiatives, process automation, and hiring strategies across technology, product, finance, marketing, and support functions.
Earlier, he served as Director – Head of Talent Acquisition (India and APAC) at UBS, leading talent acquisition operations across technology, banking operations, finance, risk, and people functions. During his tenure, he successfully scaled recruitment teams, led executive hiring programs, championed diversity and inclusion initiatives, and drove digitization and recruitment transformation projects across the region.
Arun also held leadership positions at Bank of America and J.P. Morgan, where he managed large-scale recruitment initiatives across technology, operations, global markets, investment banking, asset management, and infrastructure functions. His work focused on building scalable hiring frameworks, stakeholder partnerships, leadership recruitment, and talent pipeline development.
Earlier in his career, he served as Talent Acquisition Manager – JAPAC at Headstrong Singapore Pte Ltd. (now part of Genpact), managing recruitment across Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, and the Philippines. Prior to that, he worked with Encora Inc. as Resource Manager – APAC, leading recruitment initiatives for banking and financial services clients across India and Singapore.
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Arun is actively engaged with the global talent acquisition community. He is a Core Member of Resourcing Leaders (RL100), a leading European network of senior in-house resourcing professionals, serves as Community Manager for India at ExecTASocial, and is the Community Creator of TA Army, a global network for corporate talent acquisition professionals.
Arun holds a PGCHRM in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur, one of India’s premier management institutions. His extensive experience across financial services, technology, gaming, banking, and corporate functions positions him strongly to lead Nationwide’s talent acquisition strategy and support the company’s long-term growth ambitions.
