Hong Kong, June 2026 — Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) has appointed Barbara Cacoulidis as Vice President – Sales & Marketing, North America, strengthening its commercial leadership as the company continues to expand its presence across the region. In her new role, Barbara will lead LHG’s commercial strategy throughout North America, enhance market positioning, deepen relationships with key industry partners, and further elevate the group’s portfolio of luxury hospitality brands.
Bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, Barbara Cacoulidis joins Langham Hospitality Group from Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where she most recently served as Vice President, Global Sales. In this role, she led global sales initiatives, managed strategic partnerships, strengthened relationships with key accounts, travel advisors, and industry stakeholders, and drove revenue optimization while supporting the company’s global growth strategy through competitive positioning and business development.
Prior to rejoining Mandarin Oriental, Barbara spent more than 20 years at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts as Director of Global Sales, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global commercial strategy across a portfolio of 35 luxury hotels. She successfully led revenue growth initiatives across corporate, group, consortia, and FIT segments, expanded direct bookings, developed exclusive sales programs, negotiated strategic agreements with major global intermediaries, and strengthened Rosewood’s position within the luxury hospitality market through strategic partnerships and customer engagement.
Earlier in her distinguished career, Barbara held senior sales and marketing leadership positions with 21 Club / Belmond, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Pan Pacific Hotels Group, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. Across these organizations, she built an exceptional track record in commercial leadership, revenue growth, strategic sales, customer acquisition, market expansion, luxury brand positioning, and team development. Her extensive industry relationships and deep understanding of the North American luxury travel market have made her one of the industry’s most respected commercial leaders.
