Stockholm, Sweden, June 2026 — Electrolux Group has announced the appointment of Diego Perrone as Chief Strategy Officer, effective July 8, 2026. Perrone will head the Business Development organizational area, succeeding Vincent Rotger, who has assumed the role of Head of Product Line Wellbeing & Small Domestic Appliances.
In his new position as Chief Strategy Officer, Perrone will be responsible for the Group’s business strategy, mergers and acquisitions. He will report directly to Yannick Fierling, Group CEO, and will be based in Stockholm as a member of the Group Management team.
Perrone joins Electrolux Group from Haier Smart Home, where he most recently served as Managing Director for the UK and Ireland. Prior to that, he led the company’s Europe Cooling Business Unit. Before joining Haier, Perrone held several key leadership positions at Whirlpool EMEA and earlier worked as a management consultant with Kearney, building extensive experience in corporate strategy, business development, and operational leadership.
Welcoming Perrone to the executive leadership team, Yannick Fierling, Group CEO, said:
