United States, June 2026 — Jerome Drolet has started a new position as President, Taste Elevation at Kraft Heinz, marking another significant milestone in his leadership journey with one of the world’s largest food and beverage companies. In this new role, Jerome will lead the Taste Elevation business, supporting Kraft Heinz’s continued focus on brand growth, consumer engagement, innovation, and business transformation.
Jerome has been associated with Kraft Heinz for nearly six years and has held several senior leadership roles across markets and business functions. Prior to this appointment, he served as President & CEO, Asia Pacific Developed Markets, where he led the company’s business across developed APAC markets and contributed to regional growth, stakeholder management, and business transformation initiatives.
Before that, he served as Senior Vice President, Walmart/Sam’s Club Area and Head of North America E-Commerce at Kraft Heinz. In this role, he played a key part in strengthening customer partnerships, commercial execution, and e-commerce growth across one of the company’s most important markets and retail relationships.
Prior to joining Kraft Heinz, Jerome served as Vice President / General Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., where he led business operations and growth initiatives for the organization. His experience in beverages and consumer goods further strengthened his expertise in commercial leadership, brand growth, and business transformation.
Earlier, he held the position of Vice President / General Manager at The Nature’s Bounty Co., where he contributed to business performance, category development, and strategic growth in the health and wellness consumer products space.
Jerome also worked with Bacardi as Marketing Director, North America, gaining valuable experience in brand strategy, consumer engagement, market execution, and marketing leadership across the region.
Before Bacardi, he served as Group Director – Commercialization & Innovation at The Coca-Cola Company, where he focused on innovation, commercialization, and growth initiatives within one of the world’s leading beverage companies.
Earlier in his career, Jerome spent more than five years with Procter & Gamble, holding multiple roles across category leadership, sales, marketing, commercial leadership, and strategy in Canada and the United States. During his tenure, he worked across health, beauty, and home care businesses with revenues exceeding $1 billion and received the President Award for Commercial Leadership and Strategy performance in the Home Care Business Unit.
With extensive experience across food, beverage, health and wellness, consumer packaged goods, retail partnerships, e-commerce, marketing, and innovation, Jerome brings strong commercial and transformational leadership to his new role at Kraft Heinz. His appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on building strong leadership across its global brand portfolio and growth platforms.
