Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, October 2024 – Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH) has appointed Khalid AlBattal as its new Chief Human Capital & Corporate Services Officer. In this role, Khalid will oversee the human capital management and corporate services operations, ensuring that SIMAH’s evolving business needs are met while driving organizational growth and development.
Before joining SIMAH, Khalid served as VP – Human Resources Operations at Mobily, where he led HR operations and strategic planning initiatives. During his nearly two-year tenure, Khalid was instrumental in enhancing employee management processes and implementing innovative HR policies aimed at fostering a high-performance culture.
Prior to his role at Mobily, Khalid held the position of CHRO – Chief Human Resources Officer at ALTANFEETHI. There, he oversaw human capital strategies and operations, implementing effective people programs that contributed to the company’s growth and success.
Khalid also served as the General Manager of Human Resources at Monshaat, where he provided leadership for all HR activities, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization. His strategic approach to HR management positioned Monshaat as a leader in employee engagement and development.
Earlier in his career, Khalid worked as the Director of Talent Management and HR Operations at Holool Aloula, managing HR functions for over 3,000 employees across 30 projects. His ability to lead large-scale HR operations and deliver results has made him a respected leader in the field.
