Khalid Mohammad Gheyath Appointed as Head of Human Resources at Dubai Taxi Company

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, September 2025 – Dubai Taxi Company PJSC (DTC) has appointed Khalid Mohammad Gheyath as the new Head of Human Resources, effective April 2025. With over a decade of progressive experience in HR strategy, total rewards, workforce planning, and shared services across leading organizations in the UAE, Khalid will be responsible for driving DTC’s people agenda as the company continues its evolution as a multi-modal mobility leader in the region.

Prior to joining Dubai Taxi Company, Khalid Mohammad Gheyath was associated with Emaar as Head – Total Rewards & Organization Design. In his one-year tenure, he played a vital role in shaping the organization’s compensation structures and aligning organizational design with evolving business needs across Emaar’s diverse portfolio.

Before that, he served for over 11 years at Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), where he held multiple leadership roles. Most recently, as Head of HR Shared Services, he was responsible for aligning HR operations with corporate goals, improving service delivery, and driving process excellence. As Associate Manager – HR Strategy & Organization Development, he led workforce planning, succession strategies, Emiratization efforts, and managed org structure transformations to enable business agility and talent growth.

Earlier at EGA, Khalid held several impactful positions including Senior Associate – HR Workforce Planning, Associate – HR Business Partner, and Senior Officer – HR Reporting & Analytical Performance, where he built a strong foundation in HR analytics, employee lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement.

Khalid began his professional journey at Dubai Customs as an Accountant – Budgeting, providing him with an early grounding in financial and business acumen, which later supported his transition into strategic HR roles. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The British University in Dubai, equipping him with a strong academic foundation in leadership and business strategy.
